China’s President Xi “promotes anti-corruption struggle” at military meeting of National People’s Congress

Chinese President Xi Jinping attended a military meeting of the National People’s Congress (National People’s Congress) and said, “We must resolutely push forward the fight against corruption.” The Chinese military has experienced an unprecedented situation in which high-ranking officials, including the top of uniformed personnel, have been ousted one after another, and President Xi appears to be aiming to tighten the rules.
