Arab Finance: Engineer Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, held a bilateral discussion session with Jeff Miller, CEO of Hallibron, to review the company's plans and projects in Egypt in the fields of digital wells drilling, according to Statement Issued by the Ministry of Petroleum.

This is in addition to providing services and technical solutions to the fields; Where the two sides discussed ways to expand in the application of modern technological solutions to raise the efficiency of production operations in light of the current priorities of the Ministry of Petroleum to increase production rates from oil and gas and accelerate the pace of drilling, exploration and development operations, ways to benefit from the experiences of Hallibrton in the field of production from unconventional sources and the cordial fields through capacity building, transfer of expertise and advanced technology and organizing workshops to review successful experiences And scientific studies in this field.

Jeff Miller also expressed the company's aspiration to expand its activities in Egypt and its full commitment to providing all aspects of support to the oil sector to achieve the goals of the sector and its current priorities of increasing production rates.

The two sides also discussed the possibility of entering the field of research and exploration as well as its work as a services company by taking advantage of the investment opportunities presented through the Egypt Gate for Exploration and Production in the field of research, exploration and development of fields, especially the old fields.
