Arab Finance: Dr. Sherif Farouk – Minister of Supply and Internal Trade – announced that the quantity that was received from the local wheat for the 2025 season in Fayoum Governorate, has until now reached about 360 tons, after 6 days of its opening in the province, according to Statement cabinet.
Dr. Sherif Farouk also explained that the official season for the supply of local wheat will start from April 15 in all governorates, explaining that the price of supply Ardab from local wheat this year may be determined at a value of 2200 pounds.
The Minister of Supply and Internal Trade affirmed that various receipt points were equipped between the developed silos, the developed, the hamjar and the numbers, to receive the local wheat crop produced this year with large storage spaces, stressing that the ministry has taken all necessary measures to facilitate supply operations, and to provide equipped and accredited receipt sites, with the continued daily follow -up to ensure the regularity and stability of the season and achieve the state’s goals in supporting food security.
Also, the productivity of one acre between 18 Ardaba, and reaches 24 Ardaba in some areas, is worth noting that the price of the supply of wheat ardu for the season of 2025 degrees is 23.5 degrees at a price of 2200 pounds, and the ardax is a degree of 23 at 2150 pounds, and the irrigation is 22.5, at a price of 2100 pounds.
