Amir of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and opposition leader Dr. Shafiqur Rahman is going to visit Japan.
The matter was informed in a circular from the party’s central propaganda department today on Friday.
According to the notification, he will leave Dhaka for Japan from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport tomorrow Saturday (May 2) on a 3 pm flight. He will be accompanied by the party’s central executive council member and member of parliament Saiful Alam Khan Milon and Jamaat Amir’s foreign affairs adviser Barrister Mir Ahmad bin Kasem Arman.
The notification also informed that he will return to the country on May 19 after the tour.
