If you have courage, resist Awami League politically: Nasiruddin Patwari

Jatiya Nagrik Party (NCP) leader Naseeruddin Patwari said, ‘Many senior leaders of BNP said in secret meetings that Awami League should not be brought into the field to size up Jamaat. If you have courage, resist Awami League on the streets. deal politically.’

He said these things at a seminar titled ‘Participation of Youth in National Budget: Possibilities, Challenges and Actions’ at the office of National Youth Shakti at Rupayan Trade Center in Banglamotor in the capital on Thursday evening.

The chief coordinator of NCP said that if they want to do any engineering again which the Election Commission has done, we will respond on the street.

Regarding the budget, Nasiruddin said that the government does not want to spend the budget behind the youth. The government wants young people to drive cars. If skilled manpower is created, then there will be no people to march. If this government cannot provide employment to the youth, they will become a burden to the society.

Patwari said, the reason why Awami League was excluded, may also be the case with BNP. Because the youth did not accept the system that Awami League was running. So this generation has to be used properly and they have to be used to protect the sovereignty of the country.

NCP spokesperson Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan said that ordinary citizens of Bangladesh are already bearing the burden of various taxes. Although regular taxes are paid in various sectors including private cars, motorcycles, the development of citizen services is not visible in that proportion. In particular, there is no effective plan to solve road infrastructure and traffic congestion. Although taxes are collected from the people for the development of these sectors.

Regarding the increase in electricity prices, he said, on one hand, the government is promoting the reduction of monthly charges of prepaid meters, on the other hand, it has increased the price of electricity. An increase in electricity prices will directly increase the cost of production, affecting all sectors from agriculture to industry. As a result, there is a risk of new pressure on commodity prices.

The seminar was presided over by Tariqul Islam, President of National Youth. Leaders of NCP and Yuva Shakti were present in it.
