Grameenphone inaugurated environmentally friendly Customer Service Center


Grameenphone has set up the country's first environmentally friendly customer service center. The Grameenphone Center was inaugurated on January 26 at Amber Khana in Sylhet. On the one hand, the environment will be protected, on the other hand, the customer experience will also add new dimensions.

Built to build an environmentally friendly future, the Grameenphone Center will be paperless and plastic -free. From the construction of the center to the internal decoration and daily activities, the impression of responsibility for the environment is evident in every field. Each ingredient used here is made of sustainable materials and is used for durable, recycling and reusable material instead of conventional materials. Customer service here will be paperless. As a result, with the help of digital innovation, the service will speed up, the environmental loss will be less.

The center is created in the center with a wall garden (vertical garden) and environment-friendly scenes. Besides, the traditional cool patt of Sylhet has been added to its design.

Grameenphone Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Farha Naz Zaman was inaugurated at Amber Khana in Sylhet in the presence of Naz Zaman. Representatives of the Grameenphone Center and the stakeholders were present on the occasion.
