Acting Chairman of BNP Tarek Rahman believes that it is possible to solve the country's problems and prevent conspiracies by ensuring the democratic system.
He said these words virtually at the training program of the Bangladesh Nationalist Farmers Party at the Institution of Diploma Engineers in Kakrail in the capital on Saturday.
Addressing the leaders and workers of the party, Tariq Rahman said that the conspiracy has not stopped, there is no alternative to vote to stop it. A message should be given to everyone, bro whatever politics you believe in, vote for whoever you want. But the system should be done at any cost so that the vote takes place. Vote for whoever you want. I don't need to vote either. Will vote with your wisdom; But there must be a vote.
Tariq Rahman said, 'Vote must be held. There cannot be a dummy election, there cannot be a night vote. Voting should be done in daylight. He should have the freedom to vote for whoever he wants. There must be freedom to vote safely. There will be no fear.'
Acting Chairman of BNP also said that there is no compromise with fair voting. If this can be ensured, the country's problems can be gradually solved. If conspiracies are to be stopped, freedom of vote must be ensured.
Calling to be careful about conspiracies, Tariq Rahman said, 'Conspiracy against the country, the people of the country and the nationalist forces – but these three do not stop. I will tell all the colleagues of the nationalist forces, that the conspiracy has not stopped, this word must be conveyed to every people in the remote areas.'
Tariq Rahman announced the new program of the farmers' party at the event. He said that for the next 3 months, farmers' rallies will be held in every union of the country under the leadership of farmers' parties. This program will start from November 10.
Earlier in the morning, BNP's secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir spoke about BNP's position on the election in an event at the Supreme Court. Explaining the reason why BNP is repeatedly talking about elections, he said, 'We are talking about elections again and again. Many people have asked, why do you talk so much about the election? Because I am a fundamental believer in democracy. I believe, no reform can ever succeed without people's participation.'
Mirza Fakhrul also said, 'The interim government will remove the mess created by the Awami League and arrange a free and fair election. So that through the election, we can create the new Bangladesh that the youth want, the youth want.'
