Now from Bikash app, customer can complain about Bikash to Bank, Savings, Mobile Recharge and Pay Bill services. Recently, ‘Self Complaint’ (e-CMS) service has been added to BKash App. Bikash has taken this initiative to make the complaint reporting process easier, immediate and effective.
After reporting the complaint, there will be an opportunity to know the latest progress related information in this service. This automatic service development of reporting a complaint in a few simple steps and knowing its progress later will ensure the customer gets quick service.
To lodge a complaint through the Bkash app, first select ‘Customer Service’ from the home screen menu and go to the ‘Complaint’ option. After selecting the specific service type and submitting the required information, the complaint process will be completed. Apart from this, by tapping on the ‘View Previous Complaints’ option in the ‘Complaints’ section, the customer can check the progress of the previous complaints.
To use this service one needs to have own development account and can report only own transaction issues. The main aim of this service is to save the valuable time of the customer and ensure quick resolution.
It should be noted that besides this new service, live chat, 16247 and customer service center are also open as before.
