Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been threatened with a bomb. This message was sent to the Mumbai Police on WhatsApp today, Saturday (December 7), according to several media outlets of the country.
According to officials, the threats sent to the traffic police helpline claimed a bomb plot, involving two alleged ISI agents. An FIR was lodged after receiving the threat message.
Meanwhile, the police has identified the number from which the WhatsApp message came as Ajmer area of Rajasthan. Immediately, a team of Mumbai Police went there to arrest the accused.
According to the preliminary investigation, the police believe that the person who sent the message of murder may have done it in a state of mental imbalance or excessive alcohol.
Just a week ago, a 34-year-old man named Sheetal Chavan was arrested by the police for his involvement in such threats.
