According to Vedanta's sustainable goals, the company has implemented progressive mass policies to support its workforce.
These include rich job material, targeted recruitment, guidance program, rapid career-growth opportunities in high growth businesses. Policies such as the option of working from home to work from home, flexible work hours, year -long holiday for children and appointment of spouse help them in different stages of life. Vedanta Group company Hindustan Zinc has launched the 'Women of Zinc' campaign to attract women in the metal field on International Women's Day 2025.
