The meeting touched on the vision of the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy on diversifying energy sources, the energy mix strategy, and reliance on new and renewable energies so that the participation rate of renewable energies in the energy mix reaches more than 42% by 2030, in addition to supporting the private sector to establish clean energy projects within the framework of the general policy to reduce Fuel consumption and reducing carbon emissions, as well as achieving energy efficiency, reducing losses, manufacturing electrical equipment, and seeking assistance from Egyptian expertise and companies to expand in the fields of renewable energy in Bahrain.
