Later, after the Appellate Division's judgment review, three separate appeals were made for the disadvantaged 4 thousand 5 people after the Live to Appeal Grant.
Senior lawyer Salah Uddin Dolan heard on behalf of the appeals. Additional Attorney General Anik and Haque were on behalf of the state. In addition, lawyer Mohammad Khalekuzzaman Bhuiyan heard the PSC.
Lawyer Salah Uddin Dolan said, “The second applicants have been illegally excluded with the sibling. This is not the second time of the PSC rule. We have shown the Appellate Division about how judicial anarchy was made. The way the institutions were destroyed in Bangladesh, fascism originated – most of them are responsible for the judiciary. The judiciary cannot avoid responsibility in any way. The situation in the judiciary was so bad that people would say that if they lost their relatives, people did not want justice. '
