New Delhi. Indian cricket team captain Jasprit Bumrah bowled lethally in the first innings of the Perth Test against Australia and took 5 wickets. With his excellent performance, India made a comeback against Australia on the first day of the first Test at the Optus Stadium in Perth. The Indian team was limited to 150 runs in the first innings. After which Bumrah's magic was needed and the Indian captain did not disappoint. By opening its paws, the Kangaroo team was bundled out for 104 runs and gave the team the lead.
Bumrah shook Australia's top order on the first day, taking the wickets of Nathan McSweeney, Usman Khawaja and Steve Smith and then sent Pat Cummins to the pavilion as well. Mohammed Siraj took the wickets of Marnus Labuschagne and Mitchell Marsh while Harshit Rana took 3 wickets including dismissing the dangerous Travis Head.
