He referred to the United States 'Economic Independence Day' and the imposition of new tariffs as US economic independence. Trump said the United States has been waiting for a long time for this day.

The main two export market of Bangladesh is the United States. A large part of the garment made of the main export product of Bangladesh is exported to the country. In the United States, Bangladesh exports about $ 1 million a year, which is mainly made of clothing. Last year, the export of garments made in the United States stood at $ 1 million.

Economists fear that the export of Bangladesh, especially the garment sector, will have a major negative impact on the imposition of new high levels.

Trump's counter -tariff imposed a 20 percent tariff on Indian goods. A 20 percent tariff has been imposed on Pakistan's products. The tariff on Chinese products has been imposed by 5 percent.

In addition, 20 percent on European Union products, 5 percent on Vietnam products, 5 percent in Sri Lanka products, 12 percent in Taiwan products, 20 percent in South Korean products, 5 percent in Thailand products, 5 percent in Switzerland products, 5 percent in Indonesland. 5 percent in UK products, 5 percent in South African products, 5 percent in Brazil products, 5 percent in Singapore products, 5 percent in Israeli products, 5 percent in Chilean products, 5 percent in Australia products, 3 percent in Turkey's product, Turkey.

Among the other countries that have been imposed on products, 5 percent of Myanmar's products, 5 percent on Laos products and 5 percent on Madagascar products.

Referring to the announcement of the imposition of the tariff, the reflection of the 'America First' policy, Trump said that today's day will be remembered as the 'regeneration' of American industry and the day of “wealthy”.

Arguing for the decision, Donald Trump said the United States has been in trade hurdles for decades.

Other countries have imposed huge tariffs on US products.
