The chief adviser said, 'The main commitment of the new government is systematic reform. People have not been able to vote for the last 5 years. The fake voting system was in operation for three terms, though authorities claimed that it was a huge success, in reality no one could vote. Therefore, it is important to reform the institutions to ensure that young people can exercise their franchise. '
