India has responded sharply to Khwaja Asif's statement. A program was organized on Monday to launch the 'Victims of Terrorism Association Network (VOTAN)' at the UN headquarters in New York. There, India's ambassador to the United Nations Yojana Patel called Pakistan a 'rogue state'.
The Indian ambassador said that in a recent television interview, Khwaja Asif (Pakistan Defense Minister) acknowledged the history of support, training and financing of Pakistani terrorist organizations, the whole world had heard.
