Aligarh News: The Supreme Court has given its verdict on Tuesday in favor of maintaining the constitutionality of the UP Madrasa Board. An atmosphere of celebration was seen at many places in Aligarh regarding the decision of the Supreme Court. Students and teachers of madrassas congratulated each other and sweets were distributed. The leaders of Jamiat Ulema Hind also appealed to the people to exercise restraint on this happy occasion and respect the court's decision.
He said that this is the time to celebrate, but we should also keep in mind that it is our responsibility to follow the orders of the court and stay away from any kind of dispute. This decision of the Supreme Court regarding Madrasa education has once again opened the way for dialogue between the government and Muslim organizations. The court has said in its order that there should be a better communication between the government and minority organizations, so that such disputes can be avoided in future.
'The decision sent a positive message to the Muslim community'
The court also said that madrasas should also ensure that the standard of education there is good and modern education should also be included. After this decision, a positive message has been sent to the Muslim community. Many social workers and academicians have seen this as a good beginning. He believes that now the time has come that Madrasas should also bring changes in their education system and include modern subjects also.

But now people will reach the threshold of education. The Supreme Court has given an important decision related to Madrassa. With this decision, orders have been given to continue studies in Madrasa. This matter was pending in the court for a long time, in which there were some doubts and issues from the government's side.
Earlier, the High Court had given a verdict in favor of the government on this issue, in which it was held that the education being given in madrassas does not meet the standards of the modern education system. Due to this, a controversy had arisen regarding studies in Madrasa and a situation of confusion had arisen among the students and supporters of Madrasa. Many people were angry with this decision of the High Court and they filed an appeal against it in the Supreme Court.
