As a result, the price of one load of good quality gold will increase to about 2 lakh 38 thousand 879 taka. This is the record price of gold bullion in the country’s market. This new price of gold will be effective across the country from tomorrow Tuesday.
Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) announced this decision to increase the price of gold on Monday night.
The organization says that the price of pure gold has increased in the local market. So this decision was taken to adjust the price of gold. The Jewelers’ Association decided to increase the price of gold by 2 thousand 625 rupees from last Thursday. In this, the price of one load of good quality gold rose to 2 lakh 34 thousand 680 taka. At this price per bar of gold has been sold till date. Gold will be sold at new prices from tomorrow.
According to the new rate, the price of a 22 carat gold bar will increase to Tk 2 lakh 38 thousand 879 from tomorrow Tuesday. Apart from this, the price of 21 carat gold will increase by 2 lakh 28 thousand 31 taka, 18 carat by 1 lakh 95 thousand 430 taka and traditional method gold price will increase by 1 lakh 60 thousand 147 taka.
Today till Monday, the price of 22 carat gold bullion was Tk 2 lakh 34 thousand 680. Apart from this, the price of 21 carat gold was 2 lakh 24 thousand 7 taka, 18 carat was 1 lakh 91 thousand 989 taka and traditional method gold was 1 lakh 57 thousand 231 taka. From tomorrow, the price of 22 carat gold will increase by Tk 4 thousand 19, 21 carat by Tk 4 thousand 24, 18 carat by Tk 3 thousand 441 and traditional gold price will increase by Tk 2 thousand 916.
In addition to the price of gold, the price of silver has also increased. Till today, the price of 22 carat silver was 5 thousand 949 taka. However, from tomorrow the price of 22 carat silver will increase by 291 taka to 6 thousand 240 taka. Apart from this, from tomorrow, the price of 21 carat silver will increase by 5 thousand 949 taka per load, the price of 18 carat silver will increase by 5 thousand 132 taka per load and the price of traditional silver will increase by 3 thousand 849 taka per load.
