The name in the list of 49 out of 57 accused in the Sohan Shah murder case is 'Sikh Bashir Uddin Bhuiyan', which is partially similar to the name of business advisor 'Sikh Bashir Uddin'. Awami League leader has been mentioned as identity. The father of the business advisor, Sheikh Akiz Uddin Bhuiyan, has a partial similarity with the name of the accused Sheikh Bashir's father.
When the journalists asked the advisor about this, he said, “Although there is partial consistency and inconsistency in the name, he is not sure whether the case is in his name or not.”
