Mariko has announced another dividend for shareholders with its fourth quarter results. After giving an interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share in February, the company has now announced a 700% final dividend for FY25. Along with this, Mariko has also announced the record and payment date of the dividend.

Mariko on Friday released its fourth quarter results for FY25. The company’s consolidated net profit (PAT) was Rs 343 crore. The company’s revenue was Rs 2,730 crore and Ebitda Rs 458 crore. Margin was 16.8%.

Mariko said in a regulatory filing that the board has declared the final dividend of Rs 7 per share for shareholders. Due to the face value of each share of the company, it is equal to 700% dividend paidout. According to Mariko, “With an interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share declared on 31 January 2025, the total dividend for the financial year 2024-25 will be Rs 10.50 per share.”
The company has said that it has proposed to give a final dividend of ₹ 7 per share. This dividend will be decided in the 37th annual general meeting (AGM) after the approval of shareholders.
Marico dividend record date
Mariko has also announced a record date for dividend. The company said, “The record date for preparing a list of shareholders for the final dividend will be 1 August 2025,”

The company also stated that the dividend will be paid in September. The filing stated, “If it is approved by shareholders, this dividend will be paid before 7 September 2025.”
