The original partners of Finetwork have filed a complaint before the Courts of Elda (Alicante) against Vodafone Spain and its CEO, José Miguel García. This judicial action, admitted for processing on May 21, accuses the company and its top manager of unfair administration, among other alleged crimes, committed during the period in which Vodafone took control of Finetwork’s parent company, Wewi Mobile.
