Citizen committee and anti-discrimination will do public relations for 6 days


Anti-Discrimination Student Movement and National Citizen Committee will hold public relations from January 6 to 11 across the country to make people aware of the July Declaration. As part of public relations, they have announced to hold rallies, leaflet distribution programs across the country.

Hasnat Abdullah, convener of the anti-discrimination student movement, announced this program in a press conference at the central office of the anti-discrimination student movement at Banglamotor's Rupayan Tower in the capital on Saturday. Hasnat said, 'As every person in the country participated in the coup, we think this declaration will reflect the wishes of the people. We want to run to people. I will conduct public relations in all educational institutions of the country, among all professional people. The anti-discrimination student movement and the National Citizen Committee will jointly do this work.

Hasnat also said, 'Last December 31 March for Unity at Shaheed Minar, I demanded to announce the July Proclamation by January 15. The government has not yet taken any visible action on the declaration. Discussion with all stakeholders is required. We will have a call, the government will start working soon. We are ready to provide all kinds of support to the government.'

National Citizen Committee Convener Nasiruddin Patwari, spokesperson Samantha Sharmin, co-spokesperson Saleh Uddin Sifat, chief organizer of anti-discrimination student movement Abdul Hannan Masood and various leaders of National Citizen Committee and anti-discrimination student movement were present in the press conference.
