Net foreign reserves continue to rise, reaching $46.9 billion in October

Arab Finance: Net foreign reserves reached a record level of $46.9 billion at the end of October 2024, an increase of about $205 million over the record recorded in September of $46.7 billion, according to For data Central Bank of Egypt.

According to data from the Central Bank of Egypt:

The value of foreign currencies included in the cash reserve fell to less than $35.5 billion in October, compared to about $36 billion in September.

Gold reserves increased by about $431 million to reach about $11.2 billion, compared to $10.7 billion in September.

SDRs increased during the month to $293 million from $20 million in September.
