Arab Finance: During her participation in the work of the World Economic Forum Badafos 2025She met Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, and CEO of the African Finance Corporation, confirmed that Egypt aims to transform into a regional center for renewable energy investments.
She indicated that projects with a capacity of 4.2 gigawatts had been agreed upon within the “Novi” program, out of a total of 10 gigawatts targeted for implementation until 2028.
She expressed Egypt's aspiration to enhance south-south cooperation to exchange successful practices and experiences and transfer the expertise of the national platform of the “Novi” program.
