Arab Finance – Dragon Oil is looking for opportunities in Egypt after the decrease in its late dues

The UAE Dragon Oil is looking for more opportunities in the oil sector in Egypt, with its government's late dues, according to what Ali Al -Jarwan, the company's CEO, said in an interview with the East.

Al -Jarwan stressed in the interview that took place on the sidelines of the Egypt International Energy Conference and Exhibition (Icebis), the existence of solutions to settle these dues, through joint marketing, and the exploitation of new oil production sales.

The company is committed to “investing $ 500 million (in Egypt) during 2025 for the operational budget and investment, and at the same time we are looking for more opportunities, because the environment has become encouraging with the government's commitment to pay the remaining dues.

Simple dues remain and we are trying to settle all dues and there are promising doors, “according to Al -Jarwan.
