The head of the Suez Canal Economy also witnessed earlier, at the Authority’s headquarters in the Administrative Capital, the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Egyptian company “Trigas” and the Czech company “HPC” aiming to partner, transfer and localize the technology of manufacturing composite liquefied petroleum gas cylinders manufactured from fiberglass to Egypt. This is to establish a factory project for the production of fiberglass cylinders, a filling station, and a production line for valves and gas pressure regulators in the Sokhna Industrial Zone, affiliated with the Suez Canal Economy, in two phases. The investments of the first phase amount to 7 million euros, with the creation of 200 direct job opportunities and more than 450 indirect job opportunities, with a production capacity of 500 thousand installed cylinders annually. As for the second phase, its total investments reach 3 million euros. To establish a filling station and a production line for valves and gas pressure regulators.
