Air India will improve its international network by deploying advanced A320neo aircraft on some routes. The airline will also improve the scheduling of flights from Delhi to Paris and Frankfurt, so that maximum benefits can be derived from them. The Tata Group-owned airline is undergoing an ambitious five-year transformation plan. Air India will use its advanced A320neo aircraft for all flights between Delhi and Bangkok from January 16, 2025.
According to the statement issued, these aircraft will have completely new equipment in economy, premium economy and business class. Air India will also start a fourth daily flight between Delhi and Bangkok from January 1, 2025. At present it has three daily services on this route. Apart from this, the airline will deploy erstwhile Vistara's A321neo and B787-9 aircraft on some routes. The Delhi-Frankfurt and Mumbai-Frankfurt services are now being operated with the B787-9, while the Mumbai-Singapore flight will be operated with the A321neo from January 1, 2025.
