Winter session may be turbulent
Many bills including Waqf MLA, One Nation One Election are expected to be introduced in the winter session of the 18th Lok Sabha. Along with this, the proposal to give full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir is also likely to be passed during the session. Recently, assembly elections have been held in Jammu and Kashmir after 10 years and the opposition's sharp stance regarding these proposals was also seen. Therefore, there is expected to be a huge uproar in the winter session of Parliament in 2024.
