Ukraine and Russia agreed to stop the attack on fuel infrastructure in the US. However, the Russian Defense Ministry on Saturday (April 7th) complained that Kiev increased the reverse intensity instead of stopping the attack. However, Ukraine dismissed their allegations as fake and propaganda. The British messenger Reuters reported the news.
In a statement published in the Telegram on social media, the Russian Defense Ministry alleged that Ukraine unilaterally launched a drone attack on the Russian fuel infrastructure. In the last 24 hours, at least five such attacks have been carried out.
The statement also said that Kiev's attacks were severely damaged in the Luhansk and Kerson regions of Russia, Belgorod, Smolnesk, Lipatsk, Voronoyez region and Russian -controlled Ukraine.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian army claimed in a counter -statement published in the telegram that fake news was being circulated by Russia. The Ukraine attacks are true, but they were only limited to military targets.
Until the writing of this report, Reuters has not been able to verify the authenticity of Russia's claim.
Last month, Moscow and Kiev agreed to stop the attack on each other's fuel infrastructure for five days, according to the US proposal. Ukraine's army has claimed some time ago that they have suspended the attack on Russian fuel infrastructure from March 7.
However, both sides have been accused of breaking the terms of the agreement multiple times.
Meanwhile, in a separate statement on Saturday, Russia's regional authorities have been accused of launching a drone attack against Ukraine in industrial infrastructure.
Governor alleged that Ukraine drone was attacked in the industrial infrastructure of the Volga River region in Mordovia. According to local media, it was an optical fiber factory in Saransk, the regional capital city.
Similar attacks were carried out in another province on the banks of the Volga River, in a factory in Tapayavsk, Samara region.
Ukraine did not deny the attack. However, they are reluctant to adhere to mere industrial factories. An official of the country's intelligence agency SBU claimed that explosives were made in the factory. There were multiple explosions from the chemicals inside to destroy it.
