Tourism Minister calls for sincere efforts to improve the quality of passenger services


Minister of Civil Aviation and Tourism Afroza Khanom (Rita) has urged airport officials and employees to work with more sincerity, dedication and responsibility to improve the quality of passenger service and stop passenger harassment. He made this call while inspecting the VVIP and domestic terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Sunday afternoon.

According to a press release of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, during the visit, the Minister visited the overall operations of the airport and closely supervised the passenger service activities. At this time, he emphasized on improving the quality of passenger service and playing the responsible role of concerned parties to prevent harassment of passengers.

Civil Aviation Authority (CABA) Chairman Air Vice Marshal Mustafa Mahmood Siddique and senior officials of the organization were present during the inspection.
