Believing in the independence of the BNP judiciary, the party's standing committee member said, “The Supreme Court has issued an ordinance on the appointment of the Supreme Court judge is challenged by the High Court. We believe in the entire independence of the judiciary, including the initiative taken to establish the Supreme Court Secretariat. We have a commitment to implement it. '
Caling that all the Supreme Court's initiatives on the judiciary go into the legal and constitutional process, Salahuddin Ahmed said that any activities of the constitution should be legal and not unconstitutional.
