India’s largest IT service company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has formed a new AI and service conversion unit. It will be headed as Amit Kapoor Chief AI and Service Conversion Officer।
Kapoor currently leads the TCS business in Britain and Ireland. His responsibility will now be entrusted to Vinay Singhvi. In an internal memorandum, TCS CEO Kritivasan announced the appointment of Vinay Singhvi as head of Britain and Ireland market.

In this, Kritivasan wrote, “Vinay, will replace Amit Kapoor, who is playing a new role as Chief AI and Service Conversion Officer for TCS globally.” The new AI unit will integrate all the existing team and abilities in artificial intelligence. There was no response to the email sent to TCS for comment about this.
