The then Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was upset after hearing that the late Awami League general secretary Syed Ashraful Islam had three funerals. This was claimed by the former Minister of State for Home Affairs Sohel Taj. This is what he wrote in the post of the first episode titled 'Broken Pots in the Market' published on his verified Facebook ID this Friday evening.
Sohel Taj wrote in a Facebook post, 'The then Awami League President and former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed displeasure after hearing that Syed Ashraf's 3 funerals would be held. He scolded the general secretary Obaidul Quader and said, what has become so big that 3 funerals have to be performed? Obaidul Quader scoffed at every answer and said in response that the leaders and workers like him a lot. And it cannot be handled if their demands are not met.'
Sohail Taj also writes, 'Those of you who are blaming Ashraf bhai about Shapla Chatwar, it is not correct, he might have said something; But all decisions came from the very top.'
Sohel Taj, the only son of the first Prime Minister of independent Bangladesh, Tajuddin Ahmed, wrote in the post, '”Hate Hadi Banga” series will continue. Now it's my turn.'
At the end of the post with a special note, Sohel Taj wrote, 'I don't need the praise of deviant bad people, I know you.'
With a special note for the second time, this former home minister wrote in his post, 'I will tell all the supporters of Awami League's brainwashed, corrupt, rotten policies or deviant looters, murderers, murders, disappearances, torturers, to unfollow my Facebook page immediately. And there will be a request to wake up your own conscience and repent by self-realization and self-criticism.'
Many people are commenting negatively under this post of Sohail Taj. In this regard, he said, 'Many bot armies are behind me. I am being attacked. A lot of money is being invested behind it. I know who is doing it. I will post more in response to this. There will be many words in these posts.'
Asked how he came to know about the conversation between Sheikh Hasina and Obaidul Quader, Sohail Taj told Ajker newspaper, 'When the leader said these things to Obaidul Quader, I heard from those who were present there.'
