Both sides are blaming each other for the casualties of Tabligh Jamaat clashes at Biswa Ijtema Maidan in Tongi, Gazipur. In the meantime, the question has arisen, what are the madrasa students doing in the Ijtema field? Responding to this question Habibullah Raihan, media coordinator of Tabligh Jamaat's Shurayi Nezam (Zubairpanthi) said, 'There is a branch (Hefz department) of Kakrail Madrasa inside Tangi field. They (Sadpanthi) are repeatedly giving wrong messages to people through the media, focusing on these tender children.
He further said, 'You must already know that during Ijtema, Madrasa students from different Madrasas in and around Dhaka also participate in field preparation for Ijtema. Everyone knows these facts. But the Sadists present it differently and are questioning the hard work of Tabligh.
Habibullah Raihan said this in a press conference on Friday (December 20).
Meanwhile, rightists have criticized the involvement of Hefazat and Islamist groups in the current Tabligh crisis. Responding to this in the press conference, Habibullah Raihan said, “The real guardian of Tabligh work is Hazrat Ulama. The three Hazratji Maulana Ilyas Sahib (R.A.), Maulana Yusuf Sahib (R.A.) and Maulana Enamul Hasan Sahib (R.A.) were all scholars. Maulana Ilyas Sahib (R.A.) from the beginning decided the way and method of this labor (Tartib) in consultation with Ulamay Keram. Questioning where the scholars of Tabligh came from is nothing more than the dogma of the Sadists.'
He said, “Sad Panthists have been saying this again and again, this problem today is due to the third party scholars in Tabligh's efforts. We would like to make it clear to them that Hazrat Ulamaye Keram is one of the hard workers of Tabligh Deen and the bearer of Deen. Maulana Saad Sahib will repeatedly question the hard work of Deen through various activities, and the Ulama will sit in the Keram; It can never happen.'
Habibullah Rayhan mentions, 'In 1995, Tabligh leaders from different countries came to the conclusion that Da'wat and Tabligh work will be conducted under Shura'i Nezam instead of a single emir from now on. Accordingly, a Shura Jamaat of 10 members was formed, including Maulana Saad Sahib. Suddenly in 2017, Maulana Saad Sahib declared himself as Amir. Around him, some people separated from the original work of Tabligh. who are currently known as Sadpanthi.'
He also said, 'They were repeatedly talking about Maulana Arshad Madani Sahib. In this regard, the Principal of Darul Uloom Deoband said, if Maulana Arshad Madani says anything about Maulana Saad, it is purely his own opinion. There has been no change in Darul Uloom Deoband's position regarding Maulana Saad Sahib.'
Habibullah Raihan addressed the Sadists and said, you have worked hard for Tabligh for 20 years (1995-2015) under Shurai Nezam. That was the decision of our Aqabids. After Maulana Saad Sahib declared himself Amir, you disobeyed the decision of Akabi's rabbis and started following him. Come back from there. Ask your emir to return from his emirate and confess his mistakes and repent.'
Regarding the case, he said that a murder case has already been registered in the name of Sadapantis. More cases will be filed soon. One of them (Muaz bin Noor) has already been arrested. Habibullah Raihan said, “We have enough confidence in the administration, they will soon bring all these terrorists under the law and give appropriate punishment.”
