Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced a $500,000 reward for the rescue of hostages from Hamas.

Netanyahu said that if a resident of Gaza rescues the hostages held by Hamas and delivers them to a safe place, he will be paid 50 million dollars. Apart from this, the Israeli government will arrange to take him and his family to a safe place from the war-torn area.
Netanyahu said, 'Those who want to get out of this danger, bring back the hostages one by one. 5 million dollars will be paid for each hostage. We will make sure your family stays safe. Know that whatever your decision is, the result will be the same. We will bring everyone back.'
It is the latest step in Netanyahu's pledge to return hostages to their families who were taken hostage in the October 7 attack on Israel last year.
Prisoner exchange talks between Hamas and Israel have been deadlocked for a long time. In the meantime, mediator Qatar has also withdrawn itself.
Netanyahu also added a warning message with the announcement of this new reward for rescuing hostages.
