Long-distance buses are returning with empty seats, there is no pressure of returning people in Gabtali


The third day of Eid-ul-Azha celebrations across the country is Saturday (May 30). Millions of people have left the capital for a long holiday on the occasion of Eid. Long-distance transport is coming to the capital from different parts of the country with empty seats. It can be said that there is no pressure of people returning after celebrating Eid in Gabtali Bus Terminal area.

On the surface, it can be seen in Gabtali area, two long-distance transports come after a while, but there are no passengers in them. Few passengers are seen getting down from the car.

Bappi, the supervisor of Masters Travels who left from Satkhira Shyamnagar, said that there was quite a lot of passenger pressure on our route today. But in every car the seat is coming empty. Main pressure will be from tomorrow (May 31). Seats will not be available in any vehicle. 41 seat car, 45 passengers will come.

The assistant of the driver of Rozina Paribahan who left from Kushtia said that there are no passengers today. There are not more than 8-10 passengers in the car. People will start entering Dhaka from tomorrow. There will be no empty seats in any vehicle.

Mrinal came to Dhaka from Rajbari. He said, today I got the ticket after coming to the counter. The passenger in the car was not like that either. I was able to come in an empty car.

Asad came to Gabtali from Rajshahi. He said, the office will start from tomorrow. I wanted to come tomorrow. But I didn’t get any ticket for tomorrow, so I had to leave today. Today the car was empty. There was no trouble on the road either.

Meanwhile, last Thursday (May 28) the holy Eid-ul-Azha was celebrated across the country. Millions of people left Dhaka to celebrate Eid with their families.

A public holiday was scheduled from May 26 to 31 on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha. In addition, the government announced an additional holiday on May 25 by executive order to ensure smooth Eid journey. In all, government officials and employees of various organizations have got seven consecutive days off. As a result, the pressure of returning passengers has not yet increased in Gabtali area of ​​the capital.
