Leaders of all political parties have given their advice. We questioned whether there was really any need for a declaration after five and a half months. If it remains then what is its political significance, historical significance and legal significance has to be determined. Care must be taken to ensure that there is no rift in the anti-fascist unity that has developed among us based on this declaration. If a political document becomes a historical document, then we must respect that document.'
