Taliban refugee minister Khalil Rahman Haqqani was killed in a suicide attack in the Afghan capital Kabul on Wednesday. Khalil Haqqani and his four bodyguards were also killed in the attack inside the Refugee Ministry. The time of the attack has not been mentioned in any report yet.
