Delivery service: Uber is apparently considering a higher offer for Delivery Hero

Uber had increased its stake in Delivery Hero from around seven to around 19.5 percent last week, making it the largest shareholder. According to Reuters calculations, the share package is worth around 1.7 billion euros. After campaigns by several major shareholders who called for a strategic realignment, Delivery Hero boss Niklas Östberg announced his resignation last week.
