According to this report, 1930 units have been sold in the luxury segment worth more than four crore in the first quarter of 2025. The top 950 houses have been sold in the top top cities of the country. The most houses have been purchased in Delhi NCR. After this, people have chosen Mumbai to buy a house. 23 percent of the total purchasing was from Mumbai. The sales of luxury houses in Bangalore have been most seen in South Indian cities.
