Arab Finance: Company agreed Raya Holding for Financial Investments – (RAYA) -Initially- on the offer submitted by Africa 50 to acquire a share amounting to 42.9% of the total capital of Raya Data Center Services Company – a 99% subsidiary, according to statement Egyptian Stock Exchange.
She added that the value of the deal amounts to about $15 million in order to support and finance the construction of a data center in Egypt, and that Raya Data Center Services contributes 23% of Raya Holding’s annual revenues.
The capital of Raya Data Center Services Company is 3 million pounds, and its ownership rights reach 43 million pounds in 2023.
About the results of its business during the period from 01/01/2024 to 09/30/2024, it showed achieving a net profit assembly It amounted to 1,110,279,586 pounds, compared to the company achieving a net profit of 392,946,486 pounds during the period from 01/01/2023 to 09/30/2023.
In the same context, the company achieved net losses independent For the period from 01/01/2024 to 09/30/2024, it was estimated at approximately 249,250,804 pounds, compared to a net profit amounting to 56,689,441 pounds, during the comparative period of the previous fiscal year.
