Arab Finance – Cleopatra Holding enter the oil sector in 2025


Egyptian businessman Mohamed Abu Al -Enein said that his “Cleopatra Holding” group intends to enter the oil sector during 2025, adding in an interview with the East that he will expand in the ceramic, porcelain, tourism and energy industry this year with investments estimated at 12 billion pounds (240 million dollars).

Cleopatra is an Egyptian holding company, established in 1982 by the billionaire Mohamed Abu Al -Enein, and it owns more than 13 subsidiaries in various fields that include the ceramic industry, cement, tourism, hotels, real estate development, agriculture, the food industry, and the media.

In an interview with the East at the end of 2023, Abu Al -Enein said that he aims to pump new investments at about 120 billion pounds (2.39 billion dollars) in Egypt during the year 2024 in the tourism and industry sectors.

During a month, the group opens a new factory for the large -sized “tile” manufacturer with a total investment of 6 billion pounds, half of whom was sacrificed, and the rest will be pumped before the end of 2025, according to Abu Al -Enein.

“Cleopatra” invested 50 million dollars in a new ceramic factory that was operated in the middle of last year, according to previous statements by Abu Al -Ain, with “Al -Sharq”.

Abu Al -Enein stated in the interview that his group will open 4 new hotels with a capacity of 2000 hotel rooms this year, indicating that he is studying the launch of a subsidiary specialized in commercial malls on the Egypt Stock Exchange, expecting to take the implementation of the offering during the next two years.

Last year, the group opened a hotel in Sidi Hanish, in the northwestern coast, with a hotel capacity of 450 rooms, and an investment cost of 25 million dollars, according to previous statements by Abu Al -Ain.
