The land caravan of activists called Global Sumud Landwhich intends to bring humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, reported this Sunday that the authorities in eastern Libya have detained ten of its members, including the Spanish Alicia Armesto Núñez, when they were negotiating the passage of the convoy at a security checkpoint near the city of Sirte. It’s the second time that this group, which was already intercepted on May 18, also in the surroundings of Sirte, is prevented from transiting.
