more than 100 dead in a strike against a school, according to state media, but great opacity on the losses inflicted on the leaders of the Tehran regime

A body of a young girl, dressed in her school uniform and covered in blood, rubble revealing the lifeless arm of a child, a pile of around ten school bags covered in dust and overflowing with notebooks… Saturday February 28 afternoon, images showing an attack on a girls’ primary school in Minab, in the southern Iranian province of Hormozgan, which Iran attributes to American and Israeli allies, circulated on the social networks. They come from state media, which report several reports, including that of 108 deaths, a figure which was communicated on Saturday evening by the Minab prosecutor to the Fars press agency. Despite this heavy toll, images of the victims remain rare at this stage, even though we can clearly see, in the photographs, a crowd gathered around the targeted building.

On Saturday evening, around ten hours after the start of the massive Israeli-American strikes in Iran, almost no information filtered out on the identity of the members of the Revolutionary Guards, the country’s ideological army, or of the political leaders who would have been targeted or killed in the strikes launched Saturday morning, Tehran time, by Israel and the United States.
