A festive atmosphere is prevailing in Sonargaon of Narayanganj due to the arrival of BNP Chairman Tarek Rahman on the occasion of the upcoming 13th National Assembly elections. Thousands of people braved the chilly cold to catch a glimpse of the leader.

On his way back to Dhaka from Chittagong on Sunday (January 25) night, Tarek Rahman will join the road meeting organized at Kanchpur sand ground in Sonargaon, Narayanganj. He is scheduled to be present at 11:30 pm.

It has been seen on the ground that already thousands of leaders of BNP and their affiliated organizations have gathered around the venue and are waiting for their favorite leader. The venue is already full to the brim. Not only BNP or organizational leaders, but also ordinary people and supporters, the whole area has turned into a sea of ​​people.

According to party sources, Tarek Rahman will address the road meeting organized by BNP’s nominated candidate of Narayanganj-3 constituency Azharul Islam Mannan and presided over by district BNP convener Professor Mamun Mahmud. After addressing the crowd, the top BNP leader will formally introduce the party’s nominees for 3, 4, and 5 parliamentary constituencies in Agela.

In this regard, district BNP convener Professor Mamun Mahmud told Jago News that the chairman will introduce the candidates for 3-4-5 seats in today’s road meeting. It is expected that this road meeting will add a new dimension to the political arena and carry an important message for BNP in the upcoming national elections.
