EC and a party looking for an opportunity to question the election: Salahuddin Ahmad

BNP Standing Committee member Salahuddin Ahmad said that a party is looking for an opportunity to withdraw from the election through various tactics. We will not give them that chance. He said this at an exchange meeting with family members of victims of disappearances, murders and torture at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center in the capital on Saturday.

He said, ‘We will not give any chance. Do not make any kind of conspiracy. I want to warn you.’

BNP Chairman Tarek Rahman is the chief guest in this discussion meeting. Mae Dak and Amra BNP family jointly organized this event.

Talking about Tariq Rahman’s visit to North Bengal, Salahuddin said, ‘We have suspended the program for peace at the request of the Election Commission. The Election Commission and a political party felt it was our weakness. Nah. . This is our politeness. Since then, the election commission and a political party want to question the election and possibly withdraw from the election with different strategies.

He also said, ‘They are looking for opportunities. But we won’t stand a chance.’
