Bosnia’s Defense Minister Jukan Hellez refused permission for a military plane carrying Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijarto to land in Banja Luka. He said on Wednesday that Hungary had failed to explain why Szijarto was on the plane. It intended to land in Banja Luka, the capital of the Autonomous Serb Republic.
