Women staged a protest with children at Teen Batti in Sagar, made big allegations against the police, know the whole matter


MP News: A crowd gathered in the evening at Teenbatti, the busiest area of ​​Sagar, the divisional headquarters, when 4-5 women sat on a dharna on the ground with their innocent children. These women, holding photo-posters of their brothers in their hands, started raising slogans against the police administration and demanding justice. Hearing the news of dharna in the middle of the road, Kotwali police reached the spot. Former minister Gopal Bhargava, who was on his personal visit, also met the victim's family. The matter calmed down after everyone's advice. 

What is the whole matter? 
Let us tell you that there was a dispute between two families of Kesharwani community on last Monday night in Kotwali police station area. There was a dispute between the two regarding some shop. During the dispute, one party attacked twin brothers Sanjay and Sanju Kesharwani of the other party with sticks and an axe. Both the brothers suffered serious injuries in this attack, due to which the police registered a case against the accused under various sections. 

The victim alleges that shopkeepers Munna Kesarwani, Rajat Kesarwani, Shubham Kesarwani and one of their relatives Prashant Kesarwani came in front of his shop and started abusing him. Which both the brothers opposed. After which all four together attacked the two brothers with sticks and axe. Due to which both the brothers suffered serious head injuries. Local people came and intervened. During this, the accused left from there and while leaving they threatened that if they filed a police report or came in front of us, they would kill them. Both the brothers have been admitted to BMC Hospital where they are undergoing treatment. Sanjay has 14 stitches in his head and Sanju has 6 stitches in his head. His leg is also injured.

The relatives of the injured staged a dharna
On Sunday evening, Sanjay-Sanju's four sisters, wife and elderly mother and children sat on a dharna at Teenbatti. During this time a huge crowd gathered there. The sister of the victims said that the family survives only on the earnings of the brothers. The entire family is in financial crisis due to the fighting. We are not being heard. The police did not write the report properly and did not even arrest the accused. The accused are threatening our family. The victim's family said that if justice is not given then we will pour petrol and set ourselves on fire. During this, slogans were also raised against the police administration.

Victims narrated their agony to former minister Gopal Bhargava
While the dharna was going on, former minister Gopal Bhargava, while going to Bhopal for some work, stopped at Teenbatti. As soon as the news of this was received, the victim women reached the former minister and told the whole matter. After which Bhargava assured the women of getting justice and instructed the police station in-charge Naveen Jain present on the spot to take action."text-align: justify;">What does the police say on the matter?
Kotwali police station in-charge Naveen Jain said that they have been satisfied after discussing with the complainant. FIR has been registered in this matter. Whatever statutory action is being taken.
