Former Kushtia-1 constituency Member of Parliament, AA Moam Sarwar Jahan, was arrested in the murder case of Elias Hossain, filed with Mohammadpur police station in the capital.
The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) court of Dhaka issued the order on Wednesday. Earlier on Tuesday, Sarwar Jahan was arrested from Bachla area of Mohammadpur in the capital.
