The defense minister said the Pakistani military had informed the government about the possible Indian attacks. However, he did not detail why he considered the attack inevitable.
The cabinet said that Pakistan is in the highest warning and nuclear weapons will be used only if there is a direct threat to the existence of the country.
India has begun huge activity in the Kashmir attack. India has already identified the two attackers as Pakistanis. However, Pakistan denied any involvement of the attack and demanded a neutral investigation.
India has reduced diplomatic relations with Pakistan after the attack, suspending many old water agreements on the Indus river. In addition, the Atari-Wagha has closed the border and canceled the Pakistanis' visas.
As a counter -action, Islamabad also ordered the expulsion of Indian diplomats and military advisers at the High Commission. Indian citizens have canceled visas and banned Pakistan's airspace for Indian aviation.
In addition, the Indian government on Monday banned more than a dozen YouTube channels in Pakistan for allegedly spreading the 'provocative' content. The banned platforms include Pakistan's leading news media, Sama TV, ARY News, Bowl News, Rayo News, Zio News and YouTube channels.
